• Setup production lines for new projects/Products
• Do process validation to ensure smooth production
• Continuously driving product quality improvement
• Providing the technical support and maintenance to improve yields and lessen field failures

岗位要求
• Degree in Mechanical, Automation, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years process engineering experience

• Process validation experience
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, Lead in resolving corrective actions quickly.
• Familiar with quality control and management, including techniques like SPC, FMEA, etc. as a plus.
• Lean experience
• Understanding of ISO13485 quality systems and FDA is highly appreciated
• Working experience of PC’s desired (MS office)
• Must be creative, dynamic, results driven and a team player
• Good communication skills in English oral as well as written
